Yesterday we had an exclusive cooking session with our new friends Patricie and Desi.

We learned how to make fresh hand-made pasta, we cooked zucchini & shrimps sauce and a sauce with eggplants, mozzarella cheese and fresh tomatoes. We combined this delicious food with a great Tramonti white wine.

It was a great day and we also tasted limoncello and finocchietto (wild fennel liqueur). After the school we went to an urban walking tour along Positano, visiting the town and doing shopping.
