Booking, Deposit, and Cancellation Policies

Standard Bookings & DepositDeposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 25% to 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 to 60 days prior to the scheduled tour departure date.

Failure to Pay: If the balance is not received by the due date, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

⁠Last-Minute BookingsDefinition: Any reservation made within 14 days of the tour departure date is considered a last-minute booking.

Payment Terms: Last-minute bookings require an immediate 50% deposit at the time of reservation to secure your spots.

Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the tour departure time.

Payment Methods: Only instant payment methods (Credit Card, SumUp, PayPal, or authorized digital wallets) are accepted for the initial 50% deposit.

Cancellations and Refunds

Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Last-Minute Cancellations: If a last-minute booking is canceled by the client within 14 days of the tour, or in case of a no-show, the initial 50% payment is strictly non-refundable.

Operator Cancellations: If the tour is canceled by the operator (e.g., due to severe weather or safety conditions), a full refund of any amount paid or an alternative date will be offered.

Modifications and AmendmentsStandard Bookings: Date or time changes requested more than 30 days before departure are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

Last-Minute Bookings: Once confirmed, last-minute reservations are strictly non-changeable and non-modifiable.
