The mini hikes are designed for those who are not very fit but want to spend some hours into contact with Nature. The hikes are not suitable for people who have legs, knees or heart problems.
The short walks are suitable for kids that are over 10 years old.
Hiking or running shoes. For safety reasons Sandals, flip flops, ballerinas and flat shoes without any traction are strictly forbidden.
Comfortable and sturdy pants, a top or a t-shirt, a light jacket in case of clouds, a hat and sunglasses. We recommend to bring water and a sun screen cream.
